    What is the cheapest way to call Hungarian mobiles.

    yes tesco 3cent a minute to landlines, 12cent a minute to mobiles, and whenever you top up they give you the same amount free again

    You can call landlines for 3 cent a minute on 3 and mobiles are 14 cent. The only thing is that it is a 2 step dial process i.e. dial the number shown and then once connected you put in the Hungarian number

    Otherwise 3 also have skype on most of their phones and you can dial foreign numbers from it
