Health Expenses in PAYE Anytime

OK, So submitting health expenses for 2009 backwards is quite easy. There is a teal coloured bar titled "Heatlh expenses" with a white arrow that brings you to the subscreen. But... What about 2010? There is no teal coloured bar. Do I have to wait untill January 2011 to make claims?

OK,

What about 2010? There is no teal coloured bar. Do I have to wait untill January 2011 to make claims?
