So I requested a repair from Packard Bell about my broken laptop online. I received an email back from them telling me that laptops bought out of Dixons, Currys, or PC world are covered under them over some special warranty deal or something like that  So it tells me to ring thses people called "the tech guys" but when I searched them I keep getting the Great Britain website and im not sure what to do as I haven't had expirience with this kind of thing, they gave me a number but im not sure if its located in England or not so I don't want to ring it yet.
So has anybody else had expirience with getting a laptop repaired by Dixons, Currys, Pc world and these "tech guys" ? If you do it would be helpfull, I really don't know what to do!

I can't say I have but you will often find when talking to laptop manufacturers support that they are in the UK. It shouldn't be too much of a problem though I have dealt with Fujitsu support (Scotland) and HP (can't remember exactly where they are).

I call them Craphard-Bells cos I don't find them much good.
