Broken screen nokia n91/93

Friend has a nokia N93/91 forget which one has the flip keyboard. He has insurance but cant claim because he cant get the imei number.Is there a way to hook it up to the computer and get the info he needs/ thanks in advance for any help....he is on Meteor if it makes a difference.

He doesn't know its printed on the white label under the battery i take it? Usually 15 digits starting with 35XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
