Problem with Sky signal

It's working fine in one room (the one with Sky+), but the signal is borked in the room I'm in at the moment.

The picture and sound are crackly, and I keep getting the "No satellite signal is being received" notice.

They are running off the same quad LNB.
I've the same channel on in both rooms, and am a bit pissed off at having missed most of the Star Trek (TOS) episode "Amok Time". You know it's one of the best ones.

Anyway, the boxes are the newer ones. They were installed just over a year ago, so whatever model it was they were using then. It was done by proper Sky people too. None of the dodgy ones.

Check and make sure the satellite connection is fitted tightly, to check if the box is ok, swap it with the skyplus box, that way you will know if its the box or the cabling.
