Fallon & Byrne Bean Stew

    Hi there,

    Was a big fan of the bean stew that Fallon & Byrne used to sell. Unfortunately they have stopped selling it, :eek:

    This was a major part of my wife's & my diet. We used to get a portion of it with brown rice and add a tin of cherry tomatos to it and heat it and heat it in the oven for about 15 mins. Really tasty!

    Anyway, I wondering if anybody was familiar with it and could give me a similar recipe?

    Did you ask the management about it? I persume the demand for it was lower than the other products...
