I suspect these are a no no for anyone trying to keep their sugar intake as low as possible ?

I realise everything in moderation - but I have no idea what moderation is with these - what constitutes a serving ?

Yup these are both pure liquid sugar alright, I would think 1tbs would be a serving.

You can get low carb ones. I got some from avidlite.co.uk (I think that's the site anyway). Pricey and moderate tasting but very low calories.
