    105 euro on a large one bed in Dublin city center (880 down to 775) in return for a 2 year lease.

    I got a 2 bed apartment in dun laoghaire down from 1100 to 1000.

    3 bed semi in Rochestown, Cork: €950 down from €1,300 and I still overpaid (should've been max 900 but I really really needed to move).
    That was in April, from scanning daft prices seem much more reasonable now.
