Braces - Bracket clasp half open

Hi, Went to the ortho yesterday, and I noticed after that the clasp on one bracket is half open - i.e. I can see the arch wire passing through the bracket. The wire still seems to be in place. Is this something I should get fixed?

Hi,

Pop back to the orthodontist and get it checked - if the clip is not properly closed the tooth will not move as expected and your treatment will be delayed.

You could try to close the bracket yourself but there is a risk of damaging the clip, so much better to get your orthodontist to do it.
