Golf Bag Query

    All,

I'm in the market for a new bag, as the one I've got is showing signs of wear, and has a crap rain hood on it that isn't high enough to allow removal and replacement of driver etc.
I've looked at the tour bags, which seem to have loads of pockets, so can easily sore everything you need.

Can someone tell me if the tour bags that you can buy are suitable for putting on a trolley or are they really only suitable for carrying (i.e. when you have a caddy) - I'm only interested in a trolley bag.

If anyone knows any good deals on golf bags, please advise.

    Cheers

Good man I was just about to start the same thread. Also in the market for one. Just had a look on Mcguirks website and am strongly thinking about going for the Titleist Staff Gold Bag, comes in at €180 brick, good value in my eyes

You'll get the exact same bag brand new in a golf discount shop in Tullamore for €80. I was looking at a cobra one 2 weeks ago

Just switched to Mizuno Cart Bag, from Mizuno stand bag. New bag, while much bigger, is lighter and more balanced, and water resistant. Some great features, only complaint is umbrella holder is in totally the wrong position but other than that I'm very happy with it.
