Has anyone any experience of this? I got a letter this morning from the SWO telling me I've been denied JSA because I haven't been able to prove my earnings are below 204 a week and that they have called out to the house and I have not been there.
I have been there and so has my mum and my brother and no one has ever come to the door looking for me!!!! So I am going to appeal, has anyone been through this before??

Oh and to make it more complicated I have decided to move in with my dad and I got the letter after I went to the SWO this week to change my address. I have been getting payments from the CWO but I presume these will have stopped so I have to go to the CWO in the new area......also the SWO won't change my address until I have all the documents which is fair enough but I am afraid if I go to the CWO they will just turn me away because I won't be registered on their system!!!
