    From the apple website http://www.apple.com/ie/iphone/case-program/

    If you purchase an iPhone 4 before September 30th, 2010, you may be eligible to receive an iPhone 4 Bumper or a select third-party case from Apple at no charge.

    1. Download the iphone case app onto your phone

    2. Select the free case you want.

    3. It will ship to the address provided in itunes once available!

    Simples!
