wanted-2nd hand roadbike

    Hi

    Am fairly new to cycling but in order to get really into it I need a decent roadbike. If anyone is selling one around size 54 or 56, thats in decent condition, light weight and a good make let me know.willing to spend 5-600 if the bike is right. thanks ;)

    Did you find something? I've a Giant SCR3.0 in great condition going for sale as soon as my new bike arrives if you're interested. Great bike to get started on. Its a medium, I'm 5'10" and fits fine. Probably be available by mid next week sometime, hopefully earlier, thinking something like 375

    Hi Paulo,
    I've a 2004 Claud Butler Vicenza, it's somewhere in that size range, has carbon seat and chainstay tubes, carbon fork, 8 speed campagnolo mirage shifters, xenon front mech, mirage rear mech. Cranks are mirage 175mm and 52/42 rings.
    Wheels are Rigida with Miche Team Box hubs with Miche Campagnolo spaced 8 speed cassette. The carbon takes most of the bumps out. At present I've got some new Michelen City ride tyres on 28mm wide but also have some newish schwalbe blizzards to throw in 23mm. Its Red, Black and Chrome. The decals have been removed but still a pretty bike. Looking for 450€ will send picture if reply
