When your racing, do you run at threshold pace for the entire race?

Your threshold pace is equal to the pace you can race for 50 - 60 mins. Shorter races you'll exceed your LT pace and longer you'll most likely be slightly under. A rule of thumb is to use your 10mile or half marathon time to determine your lactate threshold pace.
