Short leg jeans

Right, I'm moving abroad at the end of this month to a country where the women are on average taller than Irish women so I need a pair/s of jeans before I go as I've little hope of finding a pair there.

I'm only 5' tall myself but as well as this, I have really short legs, even in comparison to the rest of me. I need a pair of 26' leg jeans, preferably of the slimfit variety :) I have one pair of wearable jeans at the moment but I've lost some weight in the last 2 months and now they're baggy.. and not in the good way, in the 'make your bum look like a bag of mash potato' way. Colour is not an issue (I'll take what I can get :o) price is somewhat of an issue, I'd like to pay less than €60 ideally. The main thing is the length. I'm on the fuller side of a size 10 so it's not like I can even shop in the kids section :o

I've tried most highstreet stores (zara, topshop, awear, newlook, river island, vera moda, urban outftters) as well as the places with specific petite sections (Next and Dorothy perkins - both have an array of leggings style jeans but no actual jeans - go figure eh) and have come up with nothing. One of the places even told me to buy a pair of regular length ankle grazers and wear as full length jeans but obviously then the fit would be all wrong . I'm desperate at this stage! Is there some little haven where short people find jeans that I've yet to stumble across?! ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

id also be interested to know if such a magical place exists. I get sick of taking up jeans cause they lose all shape (& its a pain)

I got a pair of short leg jeans in dorothy perkins years ago and they were the PERFECT length. tried on a few pairs of short leg jeans there last year and they were about 3 inches too long. i think short legs are getting longer

Do Marks and Spencer sell them in different sizes. I know they have regular, long. I think they are short also! Might be worth a look.
