Fair play. I couldn't even master wee plastic clubs at 6! An of i had of got steel shafts I'd have prefered to batter my sister with them ha!

What a great story, one to watch for the future, I heard about this a couple of weeks ago on the radio when they were organising a fundrasier in Lee Valley (iirc) and even more amazing is his father doesn't play that much golf, best of luck to the wee man and most importantly I hope he enjoys himself.

I've met the kid a few times........he's an arrogant little **** (said in good nature), but so would I be if I could drive the ball 150y at 6 years old :D

Honestly, best of luck to him.... he's got amazing natural talent. Putting is probably his major weak point and if he can get a bit better at that over the next few years he could seriously be one to watch.

yeah i dunno if he can handle the pressure...what will he be like on the back 9 of a major with tiger breathing down his neck..huh?

maybe he should change his putter like tiger did I mean he's playing the same putter all his life

maybe the greens over there are too quick....does his putter have an insert or is it weighted correctly, should he go to the belly putter or try cack handed.......the stress of it all:eek::eek:

must admit i laughed my ass off there..... a 6 year old playing in pinehurst and the thought of him having a downfall already,:D

hope he enjoys it for a while before it wrecks his head totally

How good is it? He's 12 shots off the lead. I'd say Tiger will be sleeping easy tonight.
