Recording on UPC HD

    hi all,

    i am new to this upc from sky... my questions are, when i have been watching a program and i choose to record from half way thru why does it only record from the point when i pressed record, whereas sky if you've been watching a program from say 6 and choose to record it at 6.25 and hit record it records from the start of the program..... some features on this upc are totally ****e, i guess you get what you pay for. :mad: i miss my sky+. also any plans for a food based channel?, and any way around having to put the cisco box on stand by when recording 2 channels?

    Unless you choose to record it in advance, it will only record from that point forward.

    No mention of a food channel yet.

    No afraid not, you have to place the box in standby.
