3.1 trooper versus 2.5 transporter

    currently have a 98 3.1...flying and never missed a beat....been looking at the 2.5 transporter for a while just fancy a change...whats the transporter like or am i mad???

    that's a strange change, if it was me i'd keep the auld 3.1, solid old beasts and can go places a van can't. Will pull better than any van too. That said, the transporters arent bad as vans go, but if you ditch the trooper for one, prepare to be sorry, unless you really need a van, it's just not the same
