Potential 16 years jail term for filming a cop

    Found this today, my apologies if this has been posted already.

    Pretty insane, the motorcyclist is being prosecuted for filming the cop.
    As you can see the cop uses no police lights and does not state he is a cop straight away.
    He risks 16 yars in jail just for having shot this video.

    Nothing mentionned about the speed ticket though?

    Seems like it's not a private conversation and therefore the police have no grounds to prosecute for that...


    This is a tenuous link to the Motors forum because

    1. It's about the legality of filming police officers
    2. It's only relevant to one State in the US :)

    However, it is interesting and I wonder what the law says here?
