    I just ate two medium pizzas from mizzoni and im still a bit peckish. they were packed with toppings yet i want more

    i think i have worms

    anyone else hungry?

    It sounds like you have a thyroid condition. The sensation of being hungry is controlled in the brain by the Hypothalamus. The thyroid controls this reflex.

    If you are having problems with hunger, then you should get the thyroid checked out by a doctor.

    You could eat another 2 pizzas, but it might not help. And it will probably make you fat.

    After i have a pizza or curry or bungo & chips or kebab & chips I usually finish with a frozen treat like a ice cream mars or snickers to conclude the dinner. The dessert snack is a finisher, a meal-ender to prevent lingering hunger thoughts.

    Basically its my way of telling my brain that im satisfactorily replenished & I don't want anymore food. Always end with something sweet.

    I learned from being a bit of a fat bastard that you really need to let your food settle in your gut for about 5 minutes before reaching for extra portions. Still a bit of a hefty hippo but the weights coming down alright.

    Don't drink coffee after a big meal, it'l give you the squrts.
