    It's fun being over 30. No more worrying about fashion. You get to pine for the days when Knight Rider was the definition of great TV. You can compare ear hair with other 30+ guys. All good. I'm 32.

    Sorry to hear that mate... I buggered my neck up about 5 weeks ago, and it's only jut starting to get back into shape now (over did it on the 'auld the Kettle Bells). A month before that it was my shoulder! :mad:

    When I was in my early thirties I virtually never had any problems...

    Anyone here ever get the "you should give that over at your age" ?.

    And always from people who've never done a tap in their lives too!.

    I think we remind them that they were afraid to put in the effort, break a sweat & bust a ball (plus nose, shin's, shoulders, ear.....), and it probably makes them feel a little more comfortable in themselves if they can get us to stop!.

    I'm sure I'm not alone?.

    Same boat, trying to get into doing some jiu jitsu but its like: go to class, get injured, two-three weeks off, go back, get injured again..two-three weeks off. :confused:

    FFS Ush, I thought you knew you'ed be better off just bashing people with various implements both impact and sharp:D

    BTW, don't even go there lads with all this talk of injuries:( At this stage, I'm trying to figure out if there is ANY part of my body that isn't crocked in some way!
