Looking to join a new gym and came across this place, it is small but has all the equipment I need. Its quite near me aswell and would be very convenient. Also quite cheap.

Just wondering has anyone here used it or even knows a little about it before I go and sign up. I know there is a thread for gym reviews but I used the search function and it didnt help.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

I'm sure they'll let you take a tour before signing up, maybe even let you have a trial day.

If you're doing that, go at a time you'd normally be there so you can get a good feel for what the experience would be like.

    Hope this helps,
    Colm

Like you said, small but has all your basics. (as long as they have a new squat rack since a certain someone took his with him when he left there :D ).

www.crossfit.ie are in the same estate and personally I would go there before going to a "regular" gym so if you're not familiar with it I'd go see them and do a test session before signing up for BHAF.
