iPhone tethering on 3

I was thinking of buying the iPhone 4 on 3, on Bill Pay, and they say they give 2GB of data allowance for free, plus a free add-on (and I can pick the 2GB add-on), and then the Mobile Internet Add-on, 10GB for €20. What I was wondering is what's 3's policy on tethering? Do I get to tether the whole 14GB, or just the 10GB in the mobile internet add-on? Their website is not clear about that, unlike Vodafone's.

    Thanks in advance.

You can only choose the free 2gb add-on if you are on the highest €95 price plan, it's in the T&C, otherwise you are limited to the 500Mb add-on.

As far as I've been told you can tether away to your hearts content as long as you don't go over the 2GB limit (if no data add-on selected), so I presume this still stands with the add-on.

I'm actually able to choose it when I try to buy an iPhone on the €40 price plan, why would they allow me to get something that their ToS don't allow?
