Best thing today

    It's fairly grey out, most people are back to work after the bank holiday & the grimness is evident in AH.

    So to counteract that, what's the best thing that happened today in your world? It can be anything at all from a mid morning fap, to a lunchtime bap...

    Mine was a lovely fried rasher, cheese & ketchup sarnie at lunchtime, washed down with a huge mug of coffee & followed by a smoke. Simple, but effective!

    Yeah, they rock. One was hunting for squirrels while the other one was swimming with the ducks (I think he thinks he's a duck).

    From the sounds of it, United will be fielding a strong squad;
    "Rooney, Park, Carrick and Vidic are back in training and are doing well," said Sir Alex Ferguson. "Valencia is also training well and needs a game. All of them will be involved and Chicharito will also be part of the squad."

    The boss also confirmed that his two Republic of Ireland internationals - Darron Gibson and John O'Shea - will play. "Yes, they deserve to, and O'Shea will probably be captain."

    Unfortunately though, I'll have to watch it on the telly!

    Lit a fire in the sitting room, disposed of every memory of the cheating, scheming, vulturous bítch, and will spend the evening drinking cans in my kitchen, in a dressing gown.

    Misery can be quite fulfilling.
