Theory test and Permit questions

    I previously had 2 provisional drivers licences, the last expired a couple of years back and I currently hold a full A license for 5 years.

    Can anyone tell me if I still have to sit the theory test and wait 6 months before I apply for the test for a B license ??

    Provided your last provisional license hasn't been expired for over 5 years you should be just able to apply for a third Leaner Permit. And there will be no 6 month wait either.

    Just found the old provisional license and it expired on the 28-03-06 with the 993 restriction.

    Seeing as it was my third one what happens now ??
