I am not sure if this belongs in this forum, but I couldn't think of a better one. Charisma seems to be important in politics. What do you think it is? What do you think it is? The likes of Nelson Mandela, Che Guevara, Martin Luther King, Gandhi and on the flip side Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, Idi Amin, etc. These people seems to influence people without words, just their actual being inspires.

Do you think it is genetic, or is there something as yet undiscovoured in human nature that these people possess?
