What error message are you getting ?

Do you have any wireless dect phones in your house? Dect phones and other wireless devices can cause interference on some channels, if you have got one unplug it at the mains and see if the channel can be viewed.

I'm not sure but there is a possibility 3E is on one of the narrow satellite beams and if your dish is misaligned slightly you'll not get a signal. If this is the case the dish will need re-alignment. Wait for confirmation from one of the more experienced forum members regarding the narrow beam/realignment, like I said I'm not sure about it.

The picture is just breaking up , its like its loosing signal or something.

I dont have any wireless phones so that shouldn't be an issue.

Its weird as all the other chabbels are fine
