    Hi guys,
id like to know what the rules are regarding trolling(in particular on the gaa forum).Recently, one person was blatantly trolling and upset other users(it was very obvious he tried to provoke an emotional response).Anyway,he only received a warning while another poster who responded with bad language got a straight ban and no warning:confused:
Id just like to know why the person who started it got off scot free?
    Thnks,appreciate it
    Anthony

The general rule is, don't do it. :)

It is generally at the moderator's discretion what constitutes trolling in a particular forum. What is acceptable in one forum may not be acceptable in another.

When users are being warned/banned their previous history on a forum (or the site in general) is taken into consideration.

So, if it is a first offence, it may be let go with a friendly warning. If it is another incident in a long list of incidents, it may warrant stronger action.
