    Looks like a great idea if you tweak it a bit to make it more sensible!

    Between 1400cals-1700cals a day from protein shakes, flax seed and fish oils with fibre broken down into 5 servings.

    I got Dexa scanned for BF last week and lets just say the result was embarressing so this could be just the ticket.

    Any comments?

    I know people who've done it, and it does work. But eager though I am to jump on any diet bandwagon that promises results, I've never been tempted by that one. You need to be working out very hard, and you will have no social life.
