I am trying to get a fix on fire cover and getting little help from my neighbours and less from my insurance company. Basically what I am looking for is an estimate on insuring a 2500 sq.ft. Victorian semi-detached house (1903) in Clontarf, Dublin 3. Any suggestions what the appropriate repacement cost should be including site clearance?

Sorry, I have no idea but if you can even find an insurance company to quote you for a house over 100 years old good luck, I know we battled.
