Disney Cinemagic HD???

Just got the sports in, and seeing as it was only
A tenner to get the movies on top of that i got em too, it said I get Disney channels free with that.

I got the cinemagic channels but I never got the HD version??? I have the HD pack btw if anyone who has the movies do you know if the HD channel comes with this or do you have to pay the 8 quid for the Disney pack to get it??

Yes it's free with the Movies UPC must have forgotten to activate it on your card give them a ring on 1908.

I just rang them got through to the services dept. and asked if i get this channel in HD if i get the movies and have the HD pack and they said no, only if i subscribe to the disney pack for €8???

Are they serious, they were nice on the phone but havent a clue.

There are a number of stupid people working at the call centre.

I am 150% sure the Disney pack is included with Sky Movies and the HD channel is part of the Disney pack.

My brother ran into the same problem and I got on the phone to sort it out.

Its hit and miss unfortunately when talking to UPC on the phone. Theyre all very nice and pleasant but a lot of them havent a breeze what they are on about. You might get lucky and get thru to the girl who was able to sort out my two technical questions and a billing issue in the space of a 10 minute phone call, or more likely youll get one of the many "technicians" whos knowledge seems to extend to plugging the box out for 30 seconds and failing that reverting to the manual.

Pretty sure you have to subscribe to the max pack to get Disney Cinemagic hd.

Not the case. I have the max pack and no Disney HD, It is, as stated above, the movie pack you need.

I have the max pack and movies. I remember years ago subscribing to the Disney channels so I've had Cinemagic since it first aired. Forgotten about that Disney pack so if I cancel that I should automatically have Cinemagic HD as I've the HD box? Wish they'd make things clearer on the site. On the website it says you need to be subscribed to the Disney pack to receive Cinemagic HD. Don't see any Disney subscription on my bill anymore though, oh dear what to do?

Finally got through to someone with a brain, And yes if you have movies and the HD pack you get Disney Cinemagic HD

Ah right that makes sense as to why I can't see it anymore on my bill, so movie pack includes disney pack. Problem solved:D
