    Hey,
    Anyone able to fill me in on what type of area Sandyford Downs is? Where is the nearest Luas? Is it a good area to buy in?

    it's a settled quiet area, luas is a 20 minute walk or so to Kilmacud or Ballaly stop. The luas extension opens in October and may be a little closer but I think it'll end up only being slightly closer depending on exactly where the house is.
