    Hi,

    wondering if anyone is interested in the BNI...there may be 1 starting in the Laois area.

    check out bni for much more info than I can give you.....

    would be interested in hearing peoples pros and cons about it too

    I was introduced to BNI by a supplier, I went along to a few meetings, I found the whole thing wasn't for me at all, there was what I thought was a certain degree of brainwashing going on with the BNI organisers, it is after all a franchise and the fee's to join are not insignificant.

    Having said that, it does what it says on the tin, some businesses claim to get quite a bit of business from it and on a business case alone, it will generate activity for you if you are in certain industries. There is also a lot to be said at the moment for getting out there once a week and being surrounded by people who are positive and ambitious, I don't think you can put a price on that at the moment with so much negativity out there...
