Castlegar Thai Boxing Club will be hosting a Muay Thai and Kickboxing Seminar by Richard Cadden of the renowned Bad Company Gym on the 4th of September at Castlegar Sports Centre, Galway. Richard is a two time World Muay Thai Champion, an accomplished fighter and coach with a wealth of experience to impart, some of his titles include:

- 2 x WPMF Welterweight World champion (67kgs)
- WAKO-Pro Lightweight English (62kgs)
- ISKA Ligh...tweight British (62kgs)
- WAKO-Pro Light welterweight European (64kgs)
- IKF Light Welterweight European (64.5kgs)
- Kings Cup bronze medalist (66kgs)

The seminar will cover all aspects of Muay Thai including
- Stance and Footwork
- Punching and Kicking techniques
- Knees, Clinch and Throws
- Elbow techniques
- Strength and Conditioning for fight sports
- Fight Sports Psychology
- Diet and Nutrition and much more.

This will be a great opportunity to learn from an experienced veteran from one of the worlds top Muay Thai gyms. The seminar will be a non political event and members of all Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA clubs are welcome to attend upon pre booking.The cost will be 30 Euros , early pre booking is advised to reserve a place as numbers will be strictly limited.
