There's a guy by the name of Kevin Lennon or something like that in Haggardstown (just inland from Blackrock). He was mentioned recently in connection with lawnmowers in another thread in the Louth forum.

I'd imagine that if a mechanic can't do it themselves that they could point you in the right direction.
