iBood offer of the day Seagate FreeAgent Go 2.5 Inch 880 Gb External Hard Disk for 99,95. I know that iBood messed it up in Ireland with latest "Hunt" but this looks like decent offer. I found it on Amazon for 140 Pounds. Any thoughts about this would be appreciated.:)

The thing is its on amazon for £94 with free shipping. Ibood will rip you off with €12.50 shipping making them dearer: Amazon link

There was a period where I would check iBood every night - those days are gone.

Too often have they failed to offer "a new product for the lowest price on the internet".

Seagate in general are something I would stay clear of.

Cheaper and more reliable option for me would be: WD Elements

Just one comment - that WD product you linked too is not portable (i.e. you need a separate power supply). These are always cheaper than the portable products (such as WD My Passports).

It does have a 5yr warranty though. Which is reassuring!
