LA Make-Up Academy

    Hi everyone! I just finished a course with the LA Make-Up Academy and wanted to share my experience for anyone thinking of doing something similar. I'm a make-up addict (as you might be able to tell from my user name!) and I decided to treat myself by booking a course to improve my skills and impress my friends!!

    The college itself is fab and in a really good location (just off Grafton Street) and the studios are really professional as well. I did the Module 2 course which is 2 weeks long and goes through everything from the beginning. We also moved on to bridal and catwalk looks, which I loved. We did a photoshoot at the end of the course as well and we got to keep the pictures for our portfolio, it was so much fun! The tutors are all celebrity makeup artists and they were so helpful and nice over the couple of weeks.

    I had such a great time and I'm definitely going to go on and do another course there. I'm always being asked now who did my make-up so I think anyone thinking of being a make-up artist or improving their skills should look into it!
