Getting meter moved??

    Anyone know the craic with getting a cert for a house that's had a extension and needs the meter moved to outside the house.I know i can get a cert off ecssa but will they work with me seeing as im not a registered company.I am an electrician and done the job as a favor and now need to get the cert in to get the meter moved.
    Anyone know whether Ecssa will help?
