ive been on JSA for two years and have been paid into my bank. recently it has been switched to the post office. has this happend to everyone? or just me? can i apply to have it put back to my bank account? I got some direct debits which i pay bills from the bank etc.

my rent is going up by 30 euro a month next sept when we sign the new lease, can i apply to get more sent supplement? my rent will still be under the maximum limits set under the new reductions a few months ago.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out :)

Re bank account - this has happened to most people it stops people getting welfare and committing fraud by living abroad so dont take it personally

When your rent goes up you will need to get LL to fill in new forms for RA and bring back to your CWO and since you will be still under limit shouldnt be a problem
