Just thinking hypothetically, since i've no money to invest, but would this be a good choice to make. With the Release of Starcraft II, the price seems to have risen steadily before the release.

Looking at the highest peak in it's history was 2008, when they released the World Of Warcraft Expansion (Wrath Of The Lich King), maxing out at roughly $17-18 per share.
"In April 2008, World of Warcraft was estimated to hold 62 percent of the MMORPG subscription market" -wiki

It looks to be a good year from here on with Blizzard. Releasing 2 further expansions for Starcraft II, using new 'online only' security measures to protect profits.

Also, this year will have the release of one further World of Warcraft Expansion (Cataclysm) which will be the usual success.

also along the line is Diablo III and Warcraft The Movie with Sam Raimi directing (Spiderman 1-3, Evil dead 1-3,The Quick and the Dead)

    What do ya'll think?

Yeah, would be a good company to invest in IMO.

Trading with a P/E of about 50 and making feck all money. Approx 113 million in net profit for 2009. They are going to have to sell a lot of games to justify that price.

Having the best products in your market doesn't automatically make a company a good investment. Like I keep saying, picking stocks without looking at earnings is like playing poker without looking at your cards.

Oh, don't forget that the computer games market has been contracting for the last two years.
