At times I have low blood pressure. I've been told to raise my blood pressure to eat salty food such as crisps. Is there an alternative food or drink that is a healthier option?

I had low blood pressure (as part of my M.E.) and used to buy salt tablets from the US. One just swallows them as one might other tablets.

ETA: There are also (prescription) drugs one can take. And one can have tests like a tilt table test to investigate the issue.

If you're just looking for a way to get salt into your body get some cigarette papers and wrap some salt in it and swallow it.
