hi there, we are moving in the next few weeks to rent somewhere around Sandyford. I've seen a couple of houses advertised in St Patricks Park but don't know Stepaside area really apart from the new developments like Aikens Village and Cruagh Wood. Does anyone know if this is a nice estate? We have a young son and want somewhere family oriented, quiet, no anti social behaviour and prefer young families rather than older teenagers so little guy might have a few friends to play with.
    thanks in advance

it's a much older estate than the ones you are familiar with, generally the families would be older. It's also a lot closer to the village itself and could a bit busier/louder due to that depending on which end you were at. It's also quiet close to 2 main roads.
