Small claims court?? Time ..

I wish to bring a company to the small claims court.. How long does it usually take from the date of application till the actual court date ?? I could be going away early October I want to make sure ill be here for the date.. Thank you in advance :)

It could take months to get on a list for a hearing as the case has to go through mediation first.
