Im looking for a pretty decent Netbook but i dont have a lot of money i have spotted a Samsung for around 280 which seems ok but was wondering if anyone had spotted anything better for less.

Harvey norman has a netbook,atom cpu,160gb drive,windows 7 starter, 299.it has bluetooth.webcam,10.1 inch screen.
MODEL hp mini 110=1115sa.
