Question about exchange rates

    Hi i will be heading to america in a months time and i am wondering where would be the best place to get my money exchanged?On XE there giving 1.29 for the euro but i presume a bank will give noting like that any thoughts??

    I dont think xe do retail forgien exchange only online transfer from one account to another.
    You could get the cash in the bank or use your credit/debit card over there. That rate looks like a market rate so you would probably be getting 1.25-1.27 from a bank.

    YEAH bank of Ireland were the best they gave me a great price of 1.277 was well happy :D
