Hi,

im not sure if this is even in the right place so feel free to move to the appropriate location.

but im contemplating buying a sony digital camera along the cyber-shot series and i was just wondering in terms of memory sticks, do Sony cameras only take in sony made memory sticks or will they accept different ones?

Traditionally they have only taken their own format but most current models now support both Sony Memory Sticks and SD cards.

im considering getting the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W320, would you know anything about it needing a specific memory card or will it accept an SD card?
