I am confused here the last post from deravarra on thread was of him withdrawing from the deal
Now I discover that it is sold to him and nobody knows how or when it seem like off thread dealing to me

Coppied from the Charter, it may stand both you and Daravarra in good stead if you both read it and abide by the rules
I suggest that you pay special attention to rules 1,2 and 6

    1. All dealings on thread - the golden rule.
f you are discovered to be engaging in off-thread dealing, your thread will be locked and you will be banned. If you make an offer via PM you will be banned. If you received an offer via PM and failed to notify the moderators, you will be banned. It's in every honest user's best interest to keep dealings on thread. It helps us weed out the people who try to rip you, and others, off.

    2. No "Off thread offers"
you are either selling an item on adverts.ie or you are selling it elsewhere. Do not post anything along the lines of "I've recieved an offer of X off-thread/from a friend". If we see those, your thread will be immediately locked and you will likely be banned.

    3. No "Thread Spoiling"

    4. No commercial selling
adverts.ie does not make a profit from its users; neither will any other company. If you wish to engage in commercial interaction, please contact one of the Administrators. The Consumer Information Advertisements Disclosure of Business Interests Order 1984 (Republic of Ireland) requires all advertisements from persons selling goods in the course of a business to make that fact clear. This requirement applies whether the advertiser is acting on his own behalf or for some other person in the course of whose business goods are to be sold.

    5. No "dealers" or vendors, of ANY kind
if you purchase any items in quantity, with the sole intent of bringing them here to resell, you are a dealer, by our definition.

    6. No PM dealing
the Buyer may not PM the Seller of an item unless a deal has been closed with them, by the Seller, on thread

**Apologies to the moderators for the backseat moderation, but I had an interest in this sale

Can I just get in here - this "deal" to sell to me is as much of a surprise to me as it is to you.

I abandoned all interest in this gun and concluded a deal for another.

So perhaps rather than going off on one, maybe you should get clarification on what actually happened rather than quoting forum rules to me ;)

I do hope you will apologize for suggesting that I might have engaged in off thread dealing. I'm in good standing in relation to my dealings on airsoft adverts, and I dont like any inference to the contrary :)

That was my final input into this particular thread up to the point when an accusation (or hint thereof) came into play.

You will see from my post that I quoted you both

Your quote talks of withdrawing from the sale all is good here

Mesnifth states that it is sold, and implies that a deal has been done
I naturally thought that to sell something it requires two people a seller and a buyer and as Mesnifth states that he is waiting for deravarra to provide payment I naturally thought that you were party to this sale

I am more then willing to except your explination of what occured and offer my appolligies if I accused you in error
