Long shot i know but, does anyone know what model will be doing the 7.20 train from Tralee to Dublin tomorrow? Just want to know if it will be one of the one's with power plugs on them? Thanks

If it is a direct service from tralee to Dublin then it should be a newer 22000 with PowerPoints but if it involves a connection at mallow to the cork train it won't have sockets.

Just checked and it should be an intercity train so I would think the new 22000 with sockets at every seat.

If the connecting rail cars are 2700's they should have two sockets under the table at the cab end of each carriage.

The 2700s are now all in Limerick and do not operate to/from Tralee.

The Tralee/Mallow and Tralee/Cork services are all operated by 3-car 22000 sets, with the exception of the 0520 ex-Tralee and the 2100 ex-Cork which are operated by 2600 sets.

The Tralee/Dublin trains are operated by 6-car 22000 sets.
