Serious Iphone 3g problem

    My phone has completely frozen with lines across the screen and all the normal methods havent worked. has anybody else had this problem? If so, how did you go about fixing it?

    Looks bad is it seen by itunes.

    was it droped

    does it ring when called

    does it show any signs of life other than grey screen

    could be just a LCD problem I fix these all the time

    it decided to spontaneously fix itself actually. it wasn't picked up by my comp or allow calls. it tended to happen after taking out headphone jack. its not a screen problem
