its immoral to force anyone into making a decision they don't want to make. You certainly can't force someone into doing something like that.

What do you mean is it illegal to ask someone? In what context? Are you threatening someone that if they don't there will be consequences or what?

You really need to clarify what you mean by this. It's not illegal to ask a doctor for advice and info on abortions and it's perfectly legal for them to give you that information.

And as spinandscribble said, it's completely immoral to try to force someone into getting an abortion. Having a discussion and presenting it as an option is obviously not illegal.

Very confused by your post though

It's also not illegal to tell someone that you think that getting an abortion is the best course of action in their case.

illegal no, immoral yes not only immoral but incredibly damaging to the person in question if its not what they want.

I think you're on very shaky ground here first you say
is it illegal to try to get someone go to england for an abortion
    then
if i pushed someone into getting an abortion wwould that be a crime?
you cannot force someone into doing something like that against their will, ultimately they are the ones who will have to live with the guilt of being forced into doing something they didn't want, that kind of guilt can destroy a person.

We can't give legal advice. You need to talk to a solicitor.

"push[ing] someone into getting an abortion" could very much be taken as an (illegal) threat against the mother and/or possibly something along the lines of counselling / advocating / procuring an abortion (albeit outside Ireland) which may or may not be illegal. Be very careful.
